The Science of Fermentation & Mold
Tonight, February 16th, at The Water Heater from 6pm – 9pm. Admission is FREE but you can toss some dollars (your votes) toward your favorite celebrity cheeses (listed below)! Just a hint, you should really vote for the myScoper girls’ “Drunken Goat Cheese.” No pressure! *wink! * wink! Or… we guess you can show some love for WDBJ’s own, Bob Grebe, sportin’ the, oh so good, Philly Cream Cheese! Check out his morning broadcast LIVE from The Water Heater HERE! Or take a look at our “behind the scenes” video below.
Basically… each cheese has a “celebrity sponsor” and each guest will have the opportunity to vote for their favorite cheese OR “big cheese”. Votes = Cash! Yes, it’s your big chance to buy an election (checks accepted too)! The cheese with the most cash at the end of the evening wins the distinguished honor of being the “Ultimate Big Cheese!” All proceeds go to the Science Museum of Western Virginia.
